The InSite signature Master Plan for the one hundred and forty high-end villa plots and luxurious community facilities places a great emphasis on giving the island an sumptuous aesthetic identity, maximizing the islands natural potential, including sea or water views on all sides, while addressing issues of privacy, access, circulation and connectivity. Urban design guidelines were created to be support the clients primary aim, to maintain high quality design throughout the development. InSite was subsequently hired as the landscape architect for the all of the public realm on the island and KEO were appointed as the architect for the community facilities and mosque.
