The scope of work includes creating a private, gated neighborhood with large amounts of highly programmed and highly maintained open park space which connects to the over-arching public realm framework of the master plan while allowing residents to enjoy their own private park amenities.

In accordance with Colliers’ Market Analysis findings, the Master Plan allows for a diversified mix of retail, office space, gated villas and townhouses, apartment blocks, hospitality offerings, educational and healthcare facilities, and recreational opportunities. This is accomplished by creating an efficient and integrated physical layout that is well-connected with the surrounding road networks. Streetscapes and other public places are creatively designed and coordinated with the development’s outdoor fitness and
mixed-use nature. Ample parking facilities have been designed to non-intrusive through use of basement and podium parking, as well as landscape buffering strategies.
